Soya bean Cutlets

Ingredients needed for Soya bean cutlets
1 cup soya bean chunks
salt to taste
A pinch Turmeric powder
4 tbsps oil
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp  minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onions
1/4 tsp minced gren chillies
a pinch garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Maida and breadcrumbs as needed
oil to fry

How to prepare Soya bean cutlets
Wash the soya bean chunks and soak them for an hour.
Add salt and turmeric powderto the chunks, cook in a pan with just enough water till it is tender.  As it gets col mash them up nicely.
Heat  2 tsps of oil in a fry pan, add minced ginger  and garlic. As it gets golden, add  onions and green chillies.
Now simmer the flame and  add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder to the fried onion mixture.
Mix well till the raw smelll goes.
Add the mashed soya and the potatoes , salt and pepper to taste. Mix so as to blend all the ingredients nicely.
Shape in to small balls  and shape them the way you like.
Dip in the beatn egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Deep fry till they are golden and remove.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
